About Farmers Best Friend
How we got Started!
We are the owners of Thompson Farm in Mt. Pleasant NC. While selling at the Farmers Market, one of our customers was a Canine Nutritionist who owned a Raw Dog Food Business in Charlotte. She purchased our Chicken, Rabbit and Duck for her raw blends. We started working for her making the raw food and learning about her business. She decided to make a move and now own Farmers Best Friend.
Our Raw Food
At Farmers Best Friend, we believe that providing your pet with wholesome food is a must. We make food weekly.
Each blend is made with vegetables purchased from the farmers market when available or from our own garden. We use the meat that we raise or purchase from local farmers.
Each bag consists of 4- 1 lb vaccum seal zip pouches of frozen food.
